Organizer terms

The agreement between GoTicket and the people who sell tickets with us.

Last updated 7 November 2026

Applying

Every organizer is approved by hand. We may ask for proof of who you are and that you have the right to hold the event, and we may refuse or remove an organizer at our discretion.

Your events

  • You are responsible for the event: the information you publish must be true, and you must hold it as described.
  • Every event is reviewed before it goes on sale. We may ask for changes or decline an event.
  • Do not sell tickets to the same event elsewhere in a way that could oversell it.

Fees and money

  • We charge a commission on each paid ticket. The rate in force when a ticket is sold is recorded on the order and does not change afterwards. Your own rate, if one was agreed, is shown in your dashboard.
  • Tickets paid by card, wallet or bank transfer are collected by GoTicket. We report your sales in your dashboard and settle what is due to you after the event, according to your agreement.
  • If an event is cancelled or a refund is due under our Refund policy, the refunded amount (and our commission on it) is taken out of what we owe you.

At the door

Use the GoTicket scanner. Each ticket admits one person once. Door staff you add can scan only your events.

Attendee data

You can download your attendee list. Use it only to run the event, keep it safe and delete it when you no longer need it. Every download is recorded.

Ending

You may stop selling at any time; tickets already sold must still be honoured or refunded. We may suspend an organizer who breaks these terms or puts attendees at risk. Contact [email protected] with any question.
