The short version
Tickets are for a specific event and time, so once paid they are normally not refundable. You get your money back when something goes wrong on our side or the organizer's side, as set out below.
You are entitled to a refund if
- The event is cancelled.
- The event is postponed and the new date does not suit you: you may ask for a refund within 14 days of the new date being announced.
- The venue, date or main line-up changes in a way that materially changes the event.
- You were charged twice for the same order, or you paid and no tickets were issued.
- The organizer's own policy, shown on the event page, offers one.
When a refund is not possible
- Your ticket has already been scanned at the door.
- You cannot attend, are late or change your mind.
- You were refused entry for breaking the venue's rules.
How to ask
Use the refund request form and include your order number. We check every request against the order and, where needed, the organizer, and reply within one working day.
How and when you are paid back
- The refund goes back the way you paid: to your card or wallet through the payment provider, or to your bank account for bank transfers (we will ask for the account details and record the bank reference).
- Online refunds usually reach you within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. Bank-transfer refunds are sent once we have confirmed the details.
- The tickets in a refunded order are cancelled and their QR codes stop working.
