1. Who we are

GoTicket.pk ("GoTicket", "we") is an online ticketing service. We sell tickets on behalf of event organizers. The organizer, not GoTicket, is responsible for the event itself: its content, schedule, venue and safety.

2. Your account

You need an account to buy tickets. Give us true details, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 to have an account, and at least the age an event requires to attend it.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, tries to cheat the system (for example, bots that hold many tickets) or puts others at risk.

3. Buying tickets

• Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and include the fees we charge you at checkout. The total is shown before you pay.
• Tickets you choose are held for you for a short time while you pay: 10 minutes for card or wallet payments and 30 minutes for bank transfers (12 hours more once you upload your bank receipt). After that they return to sale.
• There is a limit of 10 tickets per order, and an organizer may set a lower limit.
• A ticket is only yours when the order shows as paid. We send it to your email and keep it in your account.

4. Using your ticket

• Each ticket has its own signed QR code and admits one person once. The first scan wins; a copied code will be refused.
• Keep your QR code private. Do not post it online. If someone else gets in with your code first, you cannot get in with it.
• Tickets may not be resold above face value or in bulk. Tickets bought or sold in breach of this rule may be cancelled without refund.
• The organizer may refuse entry to anyone who breaks the venue's rules.

5. Cancelled or changed events

If an organizer cancels an event we will refund you according to our Refund policy. If the date, venue or line-up changes, we will tell you by email and the Refund policy explains when you may ask for your money back.

6. What we are not responsible for

We take care to keep the service running and your money safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for anything the organizer does or fails to do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
